Synchronization Wizard

The Synchronization Wizard, available from the Environment menu, synchronizes a project's file list with the project directory structure.

Non-Existant Project Files Search

In the Non-Existant Project Files Search step, the Synchronization Wizard compiles a list of any project files which no longer exist in the directory structure. Select the files to remove by highlighting them in the list. You can use the Select All and Select None buttons to aid you. You can also press the Ctrl key while clicking to select/deselect one file or the Shift key while clicking to select/deselect multiple files.

New Project Files Search

The next step, New Project Files Search, allows you to indicate the file extensions of new files to search for. The following step, New Project Files Search (Continued), searches for any files in the project directory structure with the extensions specified that are not currently included in the project file list. Use the same list item selection techniques as above to select the files to add to the project.

Synchronization Complete

In the final step of the wizard, press the Finish button to complete synchronization of the project with the choices you made.
